I ♥ Summer!

I just love summer! The green grass, the flowers, the perfect cool mornings and muggy hot nights, I love it all! This shoot was perfect. I love how green the grass is next to their beautiful white summer dresses. Love it, love it! The only downside to summer--it eventually ends. :-(

Business Beauties

These lovely ladies are starting up a business and wanted me to do some fun photos of them for their website. Can I tell you how much fun it was?? A LOT! I loved these girls! Not only are they so beautiful, but they were so fun to be around, and so fun to shoot (photos that is ö)

Celebrating Beautiful

Best Baby Ever!

This is sweet baby 'J' who is probably the most content little baby I've ever seen. She is such a sweetheart! Have I mentioned I LOVE newborn shoots? Because I do!!! I'm always amazed at how easily you can forget how little your munchkins used to be. Thanks 'S' family for letting me share with you in welcome your new sweet bundle of joy to the world!

It's Great To Be 8!

This month is such a special one for this beautiful girl; she's turning 8! I loved stepping up in age on this shoot! This is my Ky-bug. She's my neice and I have really enjoyed watching her grow through the years that I've been a part of the Alberts' household. She is very smart, creative, incredibly imaginitive, and she is great with my kiddos! Thanks Ky-bug for letting me join you in celebrating this special moment in your life! You're beautiful!

Miss 'A' Turns 1

I once again had the privilege to take this sweet little one's photos. Isn't she beautiful? She has the prettiest eyes! She was such a great trooper even through the wind and the rain. But, like all youngin's, when she was done, she was done; and yet-still completely adorable.

**Bragging Rights**

As a mother-your entitled bragging about your children as often as you can muster. Not only are my kids splendidly adorable, but they are such great kids and so beautiful! I took these for their Easter photos this past year. Kade enjoyed eating and smashing the flowers. And Lexie? Well, my sweet little Lexie is just about as dainty as the flowers she was surrounded by!

Brand New Baby 'B'

This litttle guy was too much fun. He was TINY! Although he was close to 4 weeks old at the time of the shoot, he was the same size as my babies were as newborns! This was one of my favorite shoots by far. I love newborns. So full of innocence and love. A special thanks to the 'S' family for sharing him with me!

Friends Blitz!

Awhile back I decided to be brave and make a move. I had been wanting to do professional photos for awhile, and finally got the courage to do it. I'm so glad I did! I offered to do some friends family pictures and had so much fun. This is when I realized I loved taking other people's photos as much as I loved taking my own children's. Thanks friends for letting me practice on you! You know what they say, practice makes perfect, right? I had to share a few. It's nice to go back sometimes and realize how far you have come.
